General Policies and Procedures

 

Cliffside Park Public Library is happy to inform our patrons that as of March 1st the library will be open for services at the temporary location of 781 Palisade Ave. Our open hours will remain the same: Monday to Thursday 10-9, Friday and Saturday 10-5, Sunday 1-5. Due to the limited space at our temporary location, our available collection is small.

For the time being, all large group special programs are cancelled. Some programs may continue as follows:

Book Discussion Groups with Sherri will continue as scheduled.

The children's pre-k story time scheduled for Tuesdays at 10:30AM and parent and toddlers on Thursdays at 10:30AM will continue.

Chess programs will commence Friday, May 7 at 3:30 in the Borough Hall Council Chamber. Registration is required.

Patrons could borrow via email from any library in Bergen County and pick up from our temporary location. Requests are limited to THREE PER DAY. Please keep in mind that by giving us your email address you will receive notification on your request status, pre-overdue notifications, and overdue notifications instantaneously, saving the library postage money.
